Job Overview
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team in North India. This is a full-time position focused on driving sales, managing regional teams, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales within the textile manufacturing industry and a proven track record of achieving targets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Candidate should have completed MBA / PG in Sales.
- Over 12+years of experience in dealing with garment manufacturers, garment buyers and retailers catering to domestic & export market.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive business growth in a regional setting.
- Strong team management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams to achieve targets.
- Deep understanding of market analysis techniques to identify and exploit business opportunities.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation skills, capable of navigating complex sales interactions to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Experience in forecasting sales performance and setting objectives to align with company goals.
- Business development expertise to identify and pursue new opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Highly skilled in negotiation to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives and market growth.
- Lead and manage the regional sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive pressures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable transactions.
- Forecast regional sales performance, setting targets and developing action plans to meet them.
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
