Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Regional Sales Engineer to join our team at DCS Group. As a Regional Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our products in the specified region. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in BBA, MBA, SALES, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, and effective communication skills. Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in BBA, MBA or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the educational or consultancy sector
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of market trends and customer preferences
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track progress
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote our products

Variable Salary - Upto 6 Lac CTC

Job Description
Primary Job Scope:
Maintain and grow sales from existing customers.
Develop new customers.
Develop new market territories.
Inquiry and quotation handling.
Customer Purchase order handling.
Attend and resolve customer complaints timely.
Routine visits to existing customers and prospects.
Create new leads.
Run marketing campaigns designed by the marketing department and sales managers.
Strategize and revive lost customers.
Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the sales manager.
