Regional Sales Manager

1. Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure
2. Coordinate with internal department to prepare, manage & review technical and commercial offers
3. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region to generate revenue by accomplishing order booking targets
4. Ensure end-to-end support to Projects department in execution of the orders
5. Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively
6. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
7. Locate new uses and markets for products and recommend sales development strategies for them
8. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by extensive in-person visits, attending conferences, etc
9. Provide market input to business management to support new product development, product improvement and entry into new or emerging markets
Preferred candidate profile
1. Bachelors or Master degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent
2. 3-5 years of experience in Industrial Sales (Air Pollution Control Industry experience) is an added advantage
3. Excellent verbal & written communications skills and negotiation skills
4. Ability to draft & review techno commercial documents
5. Self-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals
6. Willingness to travel
