This role is perfect for someone who is deeply networked in Hyderabad’s corporate, hospitality &  tourism circles and knows how to convert relationships into impactful partnerships. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue, expanding TCL’s footprint &  creating collaborations that place Hyderabad on the global culinary map.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth across TCL’s core verticals: corporate team engagement, culinary tourism, private dining &  innovation programs.Build strategic partnerships with luxury hotels, premium lifestyle brands, tourism boards &  global travel companies to co-create experiences.Leverage your local network in Hyderabad to unlock new B2B and B2C opportunities.Design and deliver tailored pitches and proposals that showcase TCL’s value to corporates, expats &  premium clients.Represent TCL at key forums, tourism events &  brand activations with charisma and credibility.Collaborate with internal teams to design market-responsive experiences and partnerships.Track, forecast &  report on sales pipelines while driving accountability to revenue targets.Have a strong proven awareness of CRM Database Building and Management.What We’re Looking For3 to 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships in hospitality, luxury events, tourism, or lifestyle sectors.Proven success in building revenue pipelines and closing strategic dealsExtremely well-connected within Hyderabad’s corporate, hotel &  tourism ecosystem with relationships you can activate immediately.Hustler mindset: entrepreneurial, resourceful &  resilient in opening new markets.Excellent communication, negotiation &  relationship-building skills.Passion for food, culture &  creating world-class experiences.Ideal BackgroundsBusiness development or sales managers from top hospitality groups, luxury hotels, or event/experience companies.Partnership leaders from lifestyle brands, F&B startups, or tourism boards.High-network professionals in Hyderabad who thrive on building ecosystems and connecting dots.Why Join Us? - At The Culinary Lounge, you will not just sell experiences, you’ll shape Hyderabad’s position as a global culinary destination.
