As a Key Account Manager for the Retail Sales vertical, you will be responsible for acquiring new accounts and retain the old clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new accounts per annum with a minimum margin per account.
  • Retaining the old clients by meeting them periodically.
  • Actively prospect and engage in client acquisition efforts to grow the business.
  • Build deep relationships with clients, identify their investment goals, and offer solutions that best match their needs.
  • Perform regular portfolio reviews to ensure client investment objectives are met.
  • Creation of revenue & Activation of clients through effective Advisory.
  • Cross selling of other products like Equity Basket, SIP, Mutual fund, PMS, Insurance.
  • Handling Queries & complains of client's & solving it within TAT.
  • Profiling clients by conducting in depth review of client's financial requirements, analyzing information & recommending portfolios.


Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance or Related Field.
  • NISM/NCFM Certification as applicable.
  • Minimum 1 year of client acquisition experience in financial services, preferably with a stock broking firm or bank.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client acquisition targets.
  • Knowledge on Equity is a must
  • Strong understanding of Retail Sales strategies and financial products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  • Result-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
