- Develop and implement the regional channel sales strategy in alignment with the company's overall business goals.
- Identify potential channel partners and develop strategies to engage and onboard them.
- Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel sales performance.
Partner Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners to ensure favourable terms for the company.
- Monitor partner performance and provide necessary support to maximize sales and revenue.
Market Expansion
- Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to penetrate these markets through partners.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Sales Management
- Drive channel sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional programs and campaigns tailored for partners.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure cohesive strategies and operations.
- Communicate effectively with senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on channel performance and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the electronics industry.
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful sales strategies.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed business decisions.
- Experience with CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team.
