**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as a Channel Sales Manager located in Bengaluru.

The Channel Sales Manager will work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to expand Merusri Developers' network of channel partners and distributors.

The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with key partners, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

**Qualifications**

Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in a channel sales capacity
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies and partner programs
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and forecast trends, opportunities, and potential challenges
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with external partners
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
A self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and a passion for sales
Real estate experience is mandatory.
Experience in delivering presentations and leading sales training sessions for teams is a plus.
