Role Overview


We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, the individual will be responsible for managing the onboarding process of sellers onto our platform.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate high quality leads by reaching out to prospects in the form of cold emails or social network.
  • Source leads and evaluate opportunities to determine their viability as a marketplace seller.
  • Build and maintain efficient, varied sales pipeline, successfully closing potential sellers in a timely manner.
  • Proactively engage with sellers as a part of relationship building.
  • Nurture existing seller relationship to get referral business.
  • Analyse data sets to propose tailor made solutions to sellers.
  • Respond to sellers requests in a timely and effective manner.
  • Utilise CRM's to track, outreach, organise the sales pipeline for maximise efficiency, and leverage data to develop and optimise selling tactics/strategy to maximise success.
  • Develop and maintain internal relationships to set proper expectations with potential sellers and continually seek out value adding opportunities.


Qualifications:


  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with sellers and internal teams
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry and trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
