Job Title: Jr. Key Account Manager

Experience: 1-3 years

Location: Gurugram


Responsibilities


  • Drive new business development initiatives to acquire tech and product companies for their tech recruitment needs.
  • Identify and source new opportunities through a combination of inbound leads, follow-ups, outbound cold calls, emails, , and various job portals.
  • Conduct thorough research on accounts, pinpoint key decision-makers, and generate interest.
  • Maintain and strategically expand a comprehensive database of prospects across India.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate candidate interviews.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships to foster repeat business.
  • Oversee and manage the Sales Development and Lead Generation processes.


Requirements


  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B Business Development
  • Prior experience in recruitment or hiring is advantageous
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with and other networking tools
  • Highly confident and outgoing demeanour
  • Experience with leading recruiting agencies or sales channels for hiring portals is a plus
  • Familiarity with coding languages and terminology is preferred (preferably with a B.Tech or CS background)
