Responsibilities

  • Revenue Generation : Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
  • Close prospective leads obtained from Pre- Sales and strategies how business should get steady revenue.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Handholding clients throughout the Sales process and post closures.
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives.
  • Meet prospective clients at Site locations and understand their requirements better.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with an MBA in Marketing / Operations.
  • 3+ years' of sales experience / relevant experience is similar industry is a big plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excel Management skills and CRM Handling.
  • Presentation & Client management Skills.


Salary

  • Fixed + Variable
