The Pre-Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the pre-sales process, collaborating with sales and product teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to clients.
Responsibilities:
Lead Pre-Sales Activities:
- Manage the pre-sales process from initial contact to proposal delivery.
- Gather and analyze customer requirements to understand their needs.
- Coordinate with sales and product teams to develop tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
Proposal Development:
- Prepare and customize proposals, bids, and quotations in response to customer requirements.
- Ensure proposals are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with customer expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and pricing strategies.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
- Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, product development, and implementation teams to ensure seamless handover of projects.
- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop collateral and sales tools.
Sales Support:
- Assist sales teams in qualifying leads and opportunities.
- Provide technical expertise and product knowledge during the sales process.
- Participate in sales meetings and presentations as needed.
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and track pre-sales metrics and KPIs.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on pre-sales activities and outcomes.
