Responsibilities:

Lead Pre-Sales Activities:

  • Manage the pre-sales process from initial contact to proposal delivery.
  • Gather and analyze customer requirements to understand their needs.
  • Coordinate with sales and product teams to develop tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.

Proposal Development:

  • Prepare and customize proposals, bids, and quotations in response to customer requirements.
  • Ensure proposals are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and pricing strategies.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, product development, and implementation teams to ensure seamless handover of projects.
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop collateral and sales tools.

Sales Support:

  • Assist sales teams in qualifying leads and opportunities.
  • Provide technical expertise and product knowledge during the sales process.
  • Participate in sales meetings and presentations as needed.

Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor and track pre-sales metrics and KPIs.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on pre-sales activities and outcomes.
