Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Marketing Business Development at NEO HEIGHTS. The role involves developing market planning strategies, managing marketing activities, conducting market research, leading sales initiatives, and handling public relations for the company. The Head of Marketing Business Development will play a key role in driving the growth and visibility of NEO HEIGHTS not limited to just Civil industry, but also in PEB and MEP as a total EPC contractor.


This position is to add strength to our top management team, so request only highly qualified, experienced expertise who have the confidence to grow our business to apply.


Qualifications

  • Market Planning, Marketing Management, and Market Research skills
  • Sales and Public Relations expertise
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
  • Strong networking and connections with MNC clients for Industrial projects in preferred states
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in EPC Projects in Industrial and Commercial Sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA in Marketing is preferred
  • Experience in converting project value of more than 25Cr
