Position Overview: As the Business Development Manager at Primotech, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the technology sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of technology solutions, excellent networking skills, and a proven track record in driving business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and target potential clients within key industry sectors that align with Primotech’s technology solutions.
Develop and execute strategies to generate new business leads through networking, market research, and industry events.
Qualify leads and develop a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
Conduct needs assessments and understand client requirements to effectively position Primotech’s solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both Primotech and the client.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences, and adapt strategies accordingly.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with the marketing, product development, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between client needs and Primotech’s offerings.
Provide feedback to internal teams on client requirements, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets and improve outcomes.
Brand Representation:
Represent Primotech at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Enhance the company’s presence and reputation within the technology sector.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on technology solutions or software services.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of technology solutions, including data analytics, AI, and software development.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Networking: Exceptional networking abilities with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create persuasive presentations and proposals.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
