This post is for hiring a sales team to establish and operate a new sales branch in the Delhi/NCR. The goal is to build a competent team that will drive sales, expand market reach, and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company.


2. Objectives

  • Establish a strong presence in Delhi NCR.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Promote brand awareness and product knowledge in the region.


3. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team and manage daily operations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance and achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Provide training and support to sales representatives.


  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.


4. Training and On boarding

  • Induction Program:
  • Company overview, policies, and procedures.
  • Introduction to products and services.
  • Sales Training:
  • Product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Role-playing and practical sales scenarios.
  • Mentorship:
  • Assign mentors to new hires for ongoing support and guidance.

5. Performance Metrics

  • Sales Targets:
  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Client Acquisition:
  • Number of new clients acquired.
  • Client Retention:
  • Rate of repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Revenue Growth:
  • Increase in sales revenue over time.
