IT Sales Executive

**Professional Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team in Delhi. As an integral part of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives in the IT sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, who are passionate about technology and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in the IT market segment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in IT sales or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Hindi.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
