Our company is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in driving sales across various platforms. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing leads, coordinating sales activities, building relationships with potential clients, and facilitating the sales process from initial contact through to conversion. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to lead management, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Management: Efficiently manage and update sales leads in the CRM system, ensuring all leads are accurately captured and moved through the sales pipeline.
- Sales Coordination: Coordinate sales meetings and strategy sessions, including scheduling appointments using tools like TuCalendi and ensuring all necessary documentation and strategy documents are prepared in advance.
- Follow-up and Relationship Building: Engage with leads through personalized follow-up messages, identify and address their pain points, and establish personal touchpoints to build strong relationships.
- Proposal and Quotation Preparation: Prepare and send sales proposals and quotations post-client meetings, coordinating with sales representatives for pricing evaluations and adjustments as necessary.
- Objection Handling: Develop strategies to effectively respond to and overcome objections, turning challenges into opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor and Nurture Hot Leads: Identify and prioritize hot leads, maintaining regular contact and developing targeted strategies to convert these leads into clients.

Qualifications:

- Having prior experience in a sales coordination or related role is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Comfortable to use advanced softwares & keep things updated using Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a results-driven and proactive attitude.
- Experience in handling objections and negotiating effectively.

**Role Definition**

**Sales Coordinator will be responsible for driving sales from different platforms. You will communicate with all the potential leads and will convince them to take our services.**

- **Lead Management**:

- Update Lead to Sales FMS
- Capture & Update CRM
- Move Lead from One Stage To Another
- **Sales Coordination**:

- Book meeting with Sales Rep. on calendar using Calendar App
- Assign audit to proposal creation team
- Collect meeting data
- Create strategy session prep document
- Share meeting details with Sales Rep before meeting
- Review actionable shared by Sales Rep after the meeting
- Complete all post call tasks within the same day
- **Follow-up and Relationship Building**:

- Send personalized followup messages to engage with leads
- Identify pain points of the leads & send followups that focuses on those pain points
- Identify what value we can create to each lead which aligns with their requirements
- Send followups that provides enough value which motivates them to reply
- Create personal touch points with leads such as wishing them new year or christmas etc.
- **Proposal and Quotation Preparation**:

- Create proposal after call
- Get proposal reviewed by Sales Rep. if needed
- Send proposal to the client & followup
- Coordinate with Sales Rep. to evaluate the pricing & send quotations
- **Objection Handling**:

- Develop a never give up attitude, respond to all objections effectively
- Convert objections into opportunities & provide fast response
- Tackle all objections & ensure clients’ are satisfied with the responses
- **Monitor and Nurture Hot Leads**:

- Create a list of leads that are just a few steps away from getting converted
- Start your day with HOT Leads
- Ensure keeping them engaged & stay in regular contacts
- Monitor HOT Leads daily & create strategy to convert them.
- Keep HOT Leads lists updated & accessible to you
