**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Coordinator will be instrumental in facilitating smooth operations and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach to ensure effective coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**: Receive, review, and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure prompt order fulfillment and delivery to customers.
- **Sales Support**: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations. Assist in maintaining sales records, customer databases, and sales performance reports.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed. Track product availability, expiration dates, and inventory turnover to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages.
- **Sales Coordination**: Coordinate sales activities and initiatives, including promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales events. Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to evaluate sales performance, identify trends, and assess market opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to management based on sales data and market intelligence.
- **Training and Development**: Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for the sales team to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and customer relationship management capabilities.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Perform various administrative duties as needed, such as scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and maintaining sales documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- Willing to travel.
- 2 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or customer service role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sales processes, order management, and inventory control.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
