We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing and coordinating sales activities for our range of crockery, cutlery, tableware, and glassware products. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing sales orders, preparing quotations, and maintaining customer records in the CRM system.

2. Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery to customers.

3. Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for sales meetings and management review.

5. Collaborate with sales representatives to maintain accurate product pricing, inventory levels, and promotional materials.

6. Monitor and track customer feedback, complaints, and requests, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

7. Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities to support sales objectives.

8. Stay updated on product features, specifications, and pricing to provide accurate information to customers and sales team members.

9. Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

10. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the sales manager or team leader.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the hospitality, foodservice, or related industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of sales processes, order management, and customer service best practices.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Previous experience in the crockery, cutlery, tableware, or glassware industry is a plus.
