Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing client accounts, processing orders, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team with scheduling, customer service, order processing, and maintaining client records.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Order Management**: Process sales orders, track order status, and ensure timely delivery to clients.
- **Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, product information, and service offerings.
- **Sales Documentation**: Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and complete.
- **Data Entry and CRM Management**: Maintain up-to-date customer information in CRM software, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- **Inventory Coordination**: Coordinate with the inventory and warehouse teams to manage stock levels and ensure product availability for orders.
- **Scheduling and Calendar Management**: Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- **Sales Reporting**: Assist with preparing sales reports, tracking key metrics, and analyzing sales data to support the team’s performance.
- **Cross-Department Coordination**: Liaise with marketing, logistics, and finance departments to support the sales process and customer satisfaction.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities to support business growth.
- **Follow-Up and Client Engagement**: Follow up with clients on their orders and satisfaction, fostering relationships and repeat business.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally within a similar industry.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service.
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to address and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
- **Team Player**: A collaborative attitude, with the ability to work effectively with various departments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
