Senior Business Development Manager ( Consultative Sales)
No of positions : 3 (Mumbai, Bangalore & Delhi)
Profile of Senior Business Development Manager should be:-
- Should have at least 7-8 + Years of experience with a track record of sales in healthcare agency or Pharma product.
- The candidate with career journey across diverse functions (Pharma representative for a year, Brand manager/product executive in Pharma for a year or 2, then Med-com as major experience) would have a 360 degree view of the operating space. This is an ideal candidate for consultative selling.
- Experience in pharma client servicing (preferred).
- Understanding of any specialty area of medicine or an overall understanding of the medical/ pharmaceutical field.
- Strong understanding of project management and business acumen.
- Strong people management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication/ presentation skills.
- Passion for networking.
- Planning pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Handling Sales, Marketing and all publication related communication.
Additional Skills :
- Good understanding of Pharmacology because of Pharma background
- Interpersonal Skills
- Good communication.
- Good at maintaining the relationship with the Client and Colleagues.
- Negotiation skills.
