Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the catering & Accommodation industry, coupled with a robust background in sales and business development.


Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.

- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and clients to generate revenue growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt the company's strategies accordingly.

- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company and its services.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the catering industry with a proven track record in sales and business development.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
