We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, identify new opportunities, and strengthen client relationships. This role is pivotal in expanding our reach and impact in the environmental sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and partnerships.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and foster long-term collaborations.
- Leverage negotiation skills to close high-value deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify market trends and create solutions to meet client needs.
- Articulate the value of products/services persuasively to negotiate effectively with key stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
Qualifications
- MBA or Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in business development or sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- 6-8 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Focused and goal-oriented
Salary
- 6-8 LPA (as per your last drawn salary)
