We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, identify new opportunities, and strengthen client relationships. This role is pivotal in expanding our reach and impact in the environmental sector.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and partnerships.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and foster long-term collaborations.
  • Leverage negotiation skills to close high-value deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify market trends and create solutions to meet client needs.
  • Articulate the value of products/services persuasively to negotiate effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports.


Qualifications

  • MBA or Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in business development or sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • 6-8 years' prior industry related business development experience
  • Focused and goal-oriented


Salary

  • 6-8 LPA (as per your last drawn salary)
