We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the UK. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve business objectives
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and drive new business development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular reports and insight
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively

Key Qualifications:

  • MBA from IIM (Regular Mode)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:

Salary: ₹80-100 Lakh per annum based on experience
