on corporate interiors and coworking space projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing
innovative and functional office spaces, ensuring that our coworking environments reflect modern aesthetics while
meeting the operational needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Strategy & Concept Development:
Lead the development of design concepts for corporate interiors and coworking spaces, ensuring alignment
with company branding and client requirements.
Oversee the creation of space plans, layout designs, and 3D models that enhance user experience and
functionality.
Collaborate with senior management to define design strategies that contribute to the company's business
objectives.
Project Oversight & Execution:
Manage the design process from concept to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within
budget, and meet quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of design elements
into construction processes.
Oversee site inspections during and after construction to ensure design compliance and address any design-
related issues.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
Engage with clients to understand their design preferences, functional needs, and budget constraints.
Present design proposals, including space plans, material boards, and concept drawings, to clients for
approval.
Manage client expectations throughout the design process and ensure that all feedback is incorporated into
the final design.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback on their work to ensure high-quality
output.
Foster a collaborative and creative working environment within the design team.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide opportunities for professional development.
Budget Management & Cost Control:
Prepare and manage design budgets, ensuring that all design elements are cost-effective and aligned with
project goals.
Review and approve design-related expenses, including material purchases and contractor fees.
Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising on design quality.
Research & Innovation:
Stay updated on the latest trends in corporate interior design, coworking space innovations, and sustainable
design practices.
Implement new design concepts, materials, and technologies that improve the functionality and aesthetic
appeal of office spaces.
Ensure that all designs are aligned with sustainable and environmentally friendly principles.
Design Documentation & Compliance:
Ensure all design documentation, including blueprints, materials specifications, and layouts, are accurate and
up to date.
Ensure that all design projects comply with relevant building codes, safety standards, and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience:
10-15 years of experience in corporate interior design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in designing commercial office spaces and coworking environments.
Experience in managing multiple design projects simultaneously.
