Corporate Partnership Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate partnerships to raise financial resources in support of Child Rights and You's objectives.
- Explore and nurture existing partnerships through timely communication and superior client servicing to meet income generation targets.
- Identify and develop new corporate partnerships, increasing outreach to large and medium-sized organizations for employee engagement, payroll giving programs, donation drives, and cause-related marketing tie-ups.
- Conduct meetings with potential donors and support the closure of deals to acquire new donor partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with all donor management processes and provide timely and accurate reviews and reporting.
Qualifications:
- A graduate or post-graduate degree with 8-10 years of experience in marketing, advertising, client servicing, business development, or corporate fundraising.
- Proven ability to convince people, take initiative, spot and realize market opportunities, and lead teams effectively.
- SBU-level leadership experience is an added advantage.
