Job Description

Sales Operations role at LTI Mindtree ensures Sales teams are running efficiently and productively.

Much of the role revolves around optimizing the company’s CRM - Customer relationship management system – to ensure there is clear and effective communication between the sales team and clients.

This role also includes a healthy amount of data tracking and analysis to provide stakeholders with recommendations and insights to aid various reviews/ forums.

The focus also engages in designing and executing strategic sales initiatives as well as providing operational systems, reporting, and analytical support.

Key Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of the position include but not limited to:


Experience of working on Targets, incentives, CRM, reports, Power BI, organizing trainings is

mandatory


  • Implement the sales excellence strategy and framework, aligned with the company's vision and goals.
  • Manage the target and budget allocation process for the sales organization, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the business objectives.
  • Lead the revenue forecasting and reporting process, providing timely and accurate insights and recommendations to the senior management and stakeholders.
  • Analyze and monitor the sales team performance and trends, identifying gaps, opportunities, and best practices.
  • Manage the adoption of Salesforce CRM, ensuring data quality, compliance, and integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product, finance, and HR, to support the sales strategy and operations.
