Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven AI SaaS Sales Representative to join our outbound sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound sales, with a strong ability to generate leads, prospect new clients, and close deals. This role requires making a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to engage with potential clients in the healthcare, automobile, and education industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales: Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to prospective clients within the healthcare, automobile, and education sectors.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Client Engagement: Present our AI SaaS solutions to decision-makers, highlighting the benefits and value propositions tailored to each industry.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring regular follow-ups and timely closing of deals.
  • Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and identify new market opportunities.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience or familiarity with the healthcare, automobile, or education sectors is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products and market conditions.
