Spendflo is a leading SaaS spend optimization and management platform designed to help businesses manage all spend categories through a cutting-edge platform. We are rapidly expanding and seeking a dynamic and experienced Outbound BDR Manager to lead and build a world-class BDR organization.

Role Overview:We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Outbound BDR Manager with experience in the North American market. This in-office role, based in Chennai, India, will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing BDR team focused on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of coaching and developing teams, be well-versed in BDR methodologies, and be comfortable working night shifts to align with the North American market.

Key Responsibilities:Team Building & Leadership: Build, manage, and develop a high-performing outbound BDR team that drives significant pipeline generation and meets or exceeds targetsCoaching & Development: Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to BDRs to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeedPerformance Culture: Establish a strong performance-oriented culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and resultsBDR Methodologies: Implement and optimize best-in-class BDR methodologies and processes to ensure efficient and effective outbound prospectingMarket Expertise: Leverage your experience in the North American market to guide the team in understanding market dynamics, buyer personas, and competitive landscapesNight Shifts: Lead by example by working night shifts to support the BDR team and align with the North American time zoneReporting & Analysis: Monitor key metrics, analyze performance data, and report on team activities and outcomes to senior managementCollaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategies and goals

Qualifications:Proven experience in a BDR or sales leadership role, with a focus on the North American marketStrong track record of building and leading high-performing BDR teamsDeep understanding of BDR methodologies, processes, and best practicesResults-driven mindset with a relentless focus on achieving and exceeding targetsExceptional coaching and team development skillsComfortable working night shifts to align with the North American marketExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
