Job Description for BDR:

  • As a member of the BDR team, you will be a critical member to an innovative fast-paced Marketing Team.
  • You will drive outbound prospecting campaigns (email, phone calls, & social media) to identify potential customers that would benefit from Kissflow.
  • You will often be the first point of contact with potential customers with the objective to set qualified meetings for a team of Account Executives.
  • Your ideal day will involve account research, identifying key players, generating interest through cold discovery calls and running email campaigns.
  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline by maintaining a high volume of activity, including outbound cold calls, emails, & social selling.
  • Discover new leads through internet research and social media monitoring/messaging, using Navigator, Twitter.
  • Utilize your active listening skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to communicate how KISSFLOW can solve them effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics (meetings, qualified opportunities, new contacts, etc.).
  • Flexible working in shifts.

Work Location: World Trade Center, Perungudi, Chennai

Years of Experience: 2024/2025 fresh graduates. (B.E Any computer science/information technology background) Students will undergo 6 months - 1 year internship and based on performance will be extended a fulltime role.
