Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned sales professional from the ride-booking or transportation industry to play a crucial role in our growth. As the Sales Head, you will be responsible for driving our sales strategy, acquiring key partnerships with cab aggregators, and leading our sales efforts. To start off with this position is commission-based & Equity only, offering significant earning potential tied to performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire partnerships with major cab aggregators and transportation service providers.
  • Identify and target potential partners in the ride-booking industry, including Uber, Ola, BluSmart, Rapido, and others.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Partnership Development:
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with our business goals and objectives.
  • Present the value proposition of our Super App to potential partners, highlighting the benefits of integration and collaboration.
  • Work closely with the product and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of partners.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the leadership team to refine our sales and partnership strategy.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Track sales performance metrics and report on key achievements and targets.
  • Continuously optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.


Requirements:

  • Industry Experience:
  • Proven experience in a senior sales role within the ride-booking, transportation, or related industry.
  • Strong network and relationships with key players in the ride-booking and transportation sector.
  • Sales Expertise:
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a commission-based role.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset:
