Position : Business Head - Cloud


Key Responsibilities:

  • Cloud Sales Leadership :
  • Lead and drive cloud sales with a focus on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends in cloud services.
  • Team Management :
  • Oversee a team of 6-7 members, ensuring high performance and motivation.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement professional development plans.
  • Business Growth :
  • Develop strategies to increase the current turnover
  • Analyze market conditions and customer needs to enhance service offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Collaboration :
  • Providing regular updates on sales performance and business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience :
  • 7-8 years of experience in cloud sales, with proven expertise in AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • 6-7 years of experience in team handling and leadership roles.
  • Education :
  • B.Tech in IT or a related field.
