Job Overview :

As part of our expansion, our RA vertical, initially led by interns, has achieved an ARR of approximately ~$1 million. We are now seeking to partner with an experienced leader to bring strategic insight and expertise to scale this vertical to an ARR of $6 million.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the staffing industry and strong connections at the CXO level. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire client onboarding process, from demand generation to closing client requirements.

As Business Head of RA, you will wear multiple hats and be tasked with making this vertical the most profitable at EMB. This role promises to be the most challenging yet exciting journey you'll ever take. You will be working with passionate individuals who are determined to make a global impact and are ready to do whatever it takes.

What You will do Everyday?
  • As part of our business expansion, we launched a cloud vertical six months ago and have already achieved an ARR of ~$1.5 million. As part of our journey to scale from ~$1.5 million to $12 million within the next 12 months, we seek to partner with a visionary leader.
  • The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the cloud industry, a strong network of CXO contacts, and will take full responsibility for the P&L of the entire vertical.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to drive the growth of our cloud services business, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and service roadmap development.
  • Top Line Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing initiatives, strategic partnerships, and client engagement. Develop pricing strategies and value propositions to maximize profitability.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and expand our presence in existing markets. Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers to increase brand visibility and market share. Will handle India, Middle East and USA markets.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of sales and technical professionals. Provide coaching and mentorship to develop talent and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Client Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Monitor key performance indicators and take proactive measures to address any deviations from plan.
  • Success: Champion customer success initiatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Develop customer-centric solutions and services that address the unique needs of our clients.

Must Have :

- Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum 7 years of experience with minimum 3 years in cloud services with a proven track record of leadership and business growth.

- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP

- Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, including infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), platform-as-a-service (PaaS), and software-as-a-service (SaaS).

Reporting Structure :

- This role will report to Ankit Agarwal, Business Head

- The team currently comprises of 5 junior levels who will report to this role.
