Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Alora Advisors LLP in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with executive administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle administration duties, including management of partners’ schedules, travel arrangements, appointments, etc. 
  • Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, etc. for the partners.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary in administrative tasks.
  • Maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure the office environment is clean and organized.
  • Maintain and update databases, records, and files.
  • Assist in planning and organizing meetings, and conferences and other events for the firm.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, updating job ads, and processing applications.


Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong communication and phone etiquette
  • Clerical Skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
