OverviewThePre Sales Analyst plays a crucial rolein the organization by providing technical and sales support to thepre sales team contributing to the successful acquisition of newclients and ensuring customer satisfaction through effectivesolutionpresentations.
KeyResponsibilities
  • Analyze clientrequirements and develop technical solutions to meet theirneeds
  • Prepare and present productdemonstrations and proposals to potentialclients
  • Assist in creating and maintainingsales support materials including presentations and productinformation
  • Collaborate with the sales andmarketing teams to understand market trends and customerneeds
  • Evaluate the technical and financialfeasibility of a solution and provide recommendations to the salesteam
  • Participate in trade shows and industryevents to showcase products and interact with potentialclients
  • Support the development and delivery oftraining for the sales team on new products andservices
  • Conduct competitive analysis toidentify strengths and weaknesses relative to thecompetition
  • Assist in the preparation of RFPresponses and other tender documents
  • Providetechnical guidance to the sales team during the negotiationphase
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams toaddress customer inquiries and resolve technicalissues
  • Collect and analyze data to identifypotential sales opportunities and customer painpoints
  • Stay updated on industry developmentsand incorporate new knowledge into salesstrategies
  • Contribute to the development ofsales forecasts budgets andgoals

RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelors degree in arelevant field such as Business Marketing orEngineering
  • 26 years of experience inCRO/BioTech/BioPharma Presales supportrole
  • Demonstrated ability to understand andpresent complex technical solutions to nontechnical audiencesRFQ RFI AndRFP
  • Proven track record ofmeeting and Clinical/BioTech/BioPharma Proposal& PreSales.
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellentwritten and verbal communicationskills
  • Proficiency in using sales and customerrelationship management tools
  • Ability to workwell in a fastpaced collaborative teamenvironment
  • Customerfocused mindset with apassion for delivering exceptionalservice
  • Ability to travel as needed to meetwith clients and attend industryevents
  • Experience in market research andcompetitive analysis
  • Technical expertise andfamiliarity with relevant industry software andhardware
  • Understanding of financial conceptsand the ability to assess the financial impact of asolution
  • Strong presentation and interpersonalskills
  • Ability to prioritize and managemultiple tasks and projectseffectively
