**Job Title**: Pre-Sales Executive - Residential Properties

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**:

- Actively source and generate leads through online platforms, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Qualify and filter potential leads to ensure they meet the criteria for property viewings and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to the closing stages.

**Client Interaction and Support**:

- Serve as the initial point of contact for potential buyers, answering inquiries and providing information about available properties.
- Schedule and manage property viewings, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored property suggestions.

**Market Insights**:

- Stay up to date with current market trends, property prices, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Assist in advising clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and potential property options.

**Sales Assistance**:

- Support the sales team in preparing sales reports, tracking leads, and ensuring up-to-date CRM data management.
- Help the sales team achieve revenue targets by contributing to the pre-sales efforts and ensuring high-quality lead conversion.

**Marketing Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to help create promotional materials and online listings that attract potential buyers.
- Participate in property tours, open houses, and events to generate interest and provide key pre-sales support.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in real estate, sales support, or lead generation.
- Strong understanding of residential real estate markets and the sales cycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
