**Job Description**:
Manage outgoing and incoming calls. Provide product and service information to customers. Multi-task on various projects that are relevant to the process. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures. Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls Follow up customer calls when necessary. Identify and escalate issues to supervisors. Complete call logs and reports Academic Qualification
- Proven experience in a Pre-sales role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Telugu languages.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
