KeyResponsibilities:
  • Conductoutreach to potential clients through phone calls emails and socialmedia.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointmentsfor the sales team.
  • Assist in identifying salesopportunities and building a strong salespipeline.
  • Support the sales team by preparingpresentations proposals and other presalesdocuments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team tounderstand client needs and tailor solutionsaccordingly.
  • Conduct research on potentialclients and industries to better position ourofferings.
  • Assist in developing strategies toexpand our customer base and enter newmarkets.
  • Analyzemarket trends and competitor activities to identify new businessopportunities.
  • Participate in brainstormingsessions to generate new business ideas andstrategies.
  • Help maintain and update customerdatabases to ensure accurate and uptodateinformation.
  • Support the sales team in leadgeneration customer outreach and followupactivities.
  • Assist in preparing sales reportsand tracking performance metrics.
  • Maintainclear and effective communication with stakeholders includingclients team members and management.
  • Ensuresmooth coordination between different departments to meet clientexpectations and project deadlines.
  • Representthe company professionally in all interactions both written andverbal.

Requirements:
  • Currentlypursuing a Masters in Marketing Business Communications or arelated field.
  • Strong interest in marketing andsales with a desire to learn and grow in a salesdrivenenvironment.
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearlyand persuasively.
  • Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice suite (Word ExcelPowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social mediaplatforms and their role in lead generation and customerengagement.
  • Basic understanding of marketinganalytics and the ability to interpretdata.
  • Ability to work independently and as partof a team managing multiple tasks and deadlineseffectively.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with a keen attention todetail.
  • Sound knowledge of lead generationtechniques and stakeholder managementpractices.
  • Experience or familiarity with salesexecutive roles inside sales and business developmentprocesses.
  • Assesses competitors by analyzingand summarizing competitor information and trends and identifyingsales opportunities.
  • Maintain and expandprospect database to generatepipeline.
