Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients through phone calls emails and social media.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Assist in identifying sales opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline.
  • Support the sales team by preparing presentations proposals and other presales documents.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Conduct research on potential clients and industries to better position our offerings.
  • Assist in developing strategies to expand our customer base and enter new markets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new business ideas and strategies.
  • Help maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and uptodate information.
  • Support the sales team in lead generation customer outreach and followup activities.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking performance metrics.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders including clients team members and management.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between different departments to meet client expectations and project deadlines.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions both written and verbal.

Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a Masters in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
  • Strong interest in marketing and sales with a desire to learn and grow in a salesdriven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to interpret data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Sound knowledge of lead generation techniques and stakeholder management practices.
  • Experience or familiarity with sales executive roles inside sales and business development processes.
  • Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and expand prospect database to generate pipeline.
