Job Title: Inside Sales Intern

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Intern to join our team at delaPlex. As an Inside Sales Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by conducting outreach to potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on potential clients and industries to better position our offerings.
  • Assist in developing strategies to expand our customer base and enter new markets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new business ideas and strategies.
  • Help maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support the sales team in lead generation, customer outreach, and follow-up activities.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking performance metrics.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between different departments to meet client expectations and project deadlines.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions, both written and verbal.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Master's in Marketing, Business Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in marketing and sales with a desire to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to interpret data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Sound knowledge of lead generation techniques and stakeholder management practices.
  • Experience or familiarity with sales executive roles, inside sales, and business development processes.
