Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to potential clients through various communication channels to establish relationships and identify sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team to ensure a strong pipeline.
- Assist in identifying sales opportunities and building a robust sales pipeline through market research and competitor analysis.
- Support the sales team by preparing presentations, proposals, and other pre-sales documents to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research on potential clients and industries to better position our offerings and stay ahead of the competition.
- Assist in developing strategies to expand our customer base and enter new markets, driving business growth and revenue.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry developments.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new business ideas and strategies, fostering a culture of innovation and creativity.
- Help maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information, supporting data-driven decision making.
- Support the sales team in lead generation, customer outreach, and follow-up activities, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking performance metrics to measure success and drive improvement.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management, ensuring a high level of transparency and accountability.
- Ensure smooth coordination between different departments to meet client expectations and project deadlines, demonstrating a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions, both written and verbal, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
- Currently pursuing a Master's in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with a strong interest in marketing and sales, and a desire to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in lead generation and customer engagement, and basic understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to interpret data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, and strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of lead generation techniques and stakeholder management practices, and experience or familiarity with sales executive roles, inside sales, and business development processes.
- Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends, and identifying sales opportunities, and maintains and expands prospect database to generate pipeline.
