Requiredqualifications
  • Bachelors degree orequivalent work experience
  • Prior experience incustomer service or call centerenvironment
  • Proficient in using customerservice software CRM and other relatedtools
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills in English
  • Ability to workflexible shifts including evenings andweekends
  • Demonstrated empathy and the abilityto understand customers needs
  • Strongproblemsolving and multitasking skills in a fastpacedenvironment
  • Basic technical knowledge and theability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Provenability to meet and exceed performancetargets
