**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with internal departments, including admissions, finance, and academic teams, to address student and parent queries efficiently.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admission inquiries, program information, and general support.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Communicate accurate and clear information regarding programs, admission processes, and other institute services.
- Support event planning and coordination for student orientation, open houses, and other institute events.
- Identify opportunities for service improvements and provide feedback to the management team.
- Provide regular reports on customer service activities and trends to the management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Professional and courteous demeanor with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
