We immediately require a seasoned Customer Support Executive to create enduring relationships with our Clients and Partners, comprehensively understand their requirements, and deliver precise, complete information using appropriate methods. This role would also involve addressing customer grievances promptly, maintaining meticulous records of customers and following up on payments. Proficiency in IT tools (preferably Cyber Security Solutions), as well as M365 and CRM systems, is essential. Fluency in English and a proactive, results-driven attitude are prerequisites.

**Role & responsibilities**
- Facilitate communication and coordination between the Company and Customers/Partners, including handling Proposals and Client Support.
- Liaise with internal departments for Sales and Technical assistance.
- Follow-up for Annual Saas License renewal.
- Utilize IT skills to enhance customer support services.
- Demonstrate proficiency in M365.
- Residing in or willing to immediately relocate to Greater Noida.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing or Hospitality Industry with strong IT skills.
- Fluent in English with strong interpersonal skills.
- Capable of building rapport with key stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM and M365.
- Added advantage: Experience in Cyber Security.
- Driven by results and focused on personal growth.
