Position: Customer Support Representative
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative in our website development company. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, ensuring our clients receive a positive experience throughout their interaction with our company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to clients regarding website development, content management systems, hosting, domain registration, and related services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by diagnosing problems, providing step-by-step instructions, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as the development and design teams, to resolve customer concerns and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using our CRM system.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the customer support process.
- Educate clients on best practices, product features, and available services to maximize their usage and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology advancements, and new product offerings to effectively address customer queries and provide relevant information.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a customer support role or similar customer-facing position.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools.
- Basic knowledge of website development, content management systems, hosting, and domain registration processes.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
