Job Description For Customer Support Executive
**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide accurate and detailed information about our products or services to customers.
Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively and efficiently.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and provide solutions.
Utilize excellent communication skills to clearly and effectively interact with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate assistance.
Demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, creating reports, and tracking customer interactions.
Create professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external purposes, conveying information effectively.
**Requirements**:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer support or back office roles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Proficiency in creating professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
