**About NEET Support**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Issue Resolution**: Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns promptly and effectively.
- **Follow-ups**: Maintain follow-ups with students and parents to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
- **Database Management**: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback to improve services and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the counselling and business development teams to address complex queries or escalate cases when required.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Graduates from Education or Communication backgrounds preferred).
- **Experience**: Fresher to 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the education or EdTech industry.

**Preferred Skills**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.

Familiarity with NEET exams or the education sector is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
