We are hiring **Customer Support Representatives** to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process information and modifications and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm and patient with customers and can comfortably work on computers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Ability to handle things patiently
- Good command of Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience working in customer support.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Good in complaint handling & problem-solving.
- Are available for the full-time (in-office) job.
- Have relevant skills & interests.
- Can start immediately.
- Are from Noida & neighbouring areas.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida - 201301, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
