The jobentails getting partnerships with national and regional brands tooffer their products and services at the best terms in the marketto be featured in catalogue which will be published to customers ofclients for purchase using authorized payment instruments or redeemwith points or a combination of points cash.

The jobwould also have a revenue and profit responsibility for thecatalogue business currently powered by the otherplatforms.





Requirements


Responsibilities:


lGet merchandiseservice and gift partners on board at the best terms prevailing inthe market price credit customerexperience customerjourneys

lBe responsiblefor the profitability of the vertical including optimizing costsand maximizing revenues through catalogueoptimization introduction of high marginproducts.

lGet adequatemargins to sell the merchandise and services at the mostcompetitive prices in the market and beable to provide adequate margins to fundaccelerated points earnings and retain decent margins to driveprofitability.

lDrive themarketing and customer adoption strategies towards successfulimplementation for maximizing salesvolumes and customer traction on theplatform.

lEnsure allvendor agreements are vetted by legal and finance and get allvendors to duly sign the agreements in theprescribed format including getting the vendors to adhere to theSLAs mentioned in theagreements.

lTroubleshootlook for alternates when vendors renege on commitments build andimplement adequate backup plans to ensurethat client SLAs are met withoutfail.Reimagine and refresh the catalogueand the offerings constantly to keep the offering contemporary andcatering to all segments ofcustomers.

lGuide and build a strong teamin the space of rewards andmerchandising.

lConstantlyupdate self and team on the best practices in ecommerce loyaltyrewards catalogue and digitalmarketing.
