Education Details - MBA/PGDM from Premier B-Schools / Institutes.
Primary Skills:
• Prior experience in Presales / Business Development is desired.
• Working knowledge of the Industry Domain including processes, operations, and technology.
• Strong Program Management Skills for end-to-end Proposal Management
• Candidate should possess:
o Excellent business (written & verbal) communication skills
o Strong relationship management & conflict management skills
o Experience in creating best-in-class customer presentations
o Ability to work with multi-geographic, multi-cultural teams
o multi-tasking skills with complete ownership of Bid Management
Secondary Skills:
• Consultative Selling / Solution selling experience preferred
• Understanding of Commercial Models
