Whatwork will youdo
Yourfirst 30 daysYou will gothrough a training period during which you will work with a seniorAccount Manager (or Program Manager; we use both titles to mean thesame thing) in assisting them for handling hiring pipeline of theirportfolio companies.You will sourcecandidates using Weekday s database product for those portfoliocompanies. You will do shadow weekly checkincalls with founders of those portfolio of clientcompanies
Next60 days You will workdirectly with Chief Operations Officer (Sanjay)You will be assigned your own portfoliocompanies for whom you will be solely responsible for hiring.You will lead checkin calls with clientcompany founders/hiring managersYou will beresponsible for sourcing candidatesYou willdo status check with interview stage candidates and help resolveany blockers for themIn short you will besolely responsible for revenue coming from yourportfolio
Fromthen on (after first 90 days) you will be assigned a sourcingrecruiter and Assistant Program Manager to help you manage yourportfolio.

Howwill my day look likeAnswer:It will be distributed between doing checkin calls with clientcompany founders/hiring managers; responding to their queries ortaking updates to them on Slack/Email/Whatsapp; and finding greatcandidates forthem.

Every otherfunction in the company (like Growth Calling team Sourcing team)will work to assist you in closing morehires.
